The last year plus has been quite the roller coaster ride for many of us.
Conventions stopped booking. Some went virtual with varying levels of success, while others are still hoping things will just be better this/next year.
Introverts decided that this was what they’d been training for their entire lives, while the extroverts among us tried not to crawl out of our skins and keep in touch and active in any way possible.
With the rolling out and distribution of multiple vaccines well on the way (at least in the states), we see some semblance of ‘normalcy’ returning, but Covid has forever changed how we come together with others. Are hybrid, in person and virtual, events a thing that will be normal now?
If/when we do meet up with others in large groups will we be segregated by our vaccine companies rather than our fandoms? (Pfizer House for the win!)
Whatever it looks like, things are re-opening, events are starting to move forward, and bookings are once again happening. Like a pheonix rising from the ashes we have endured and we will continue… to book clients, travel to events, and enjoy our fannish little hearts out.
